Job Overview

The role of an Office Assistant at Dixie Law Group, PSC is to provide high-quality administrative support to a team of professionals. This position involves driving projects from inception to completion, managing multiple calendars, and delivering exceptional customer service to clients.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a results-oriented approach to their work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Communication: Respond to client inquiries, manage client relationships, and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
  • Scheduling and Calendar Management: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events across the office, ensuring seamless scheduling and minimal downtime.
  • Document Preparation and Management: Prepare and edit documents, files, and other materials as required by attorneys and clients.
  • Data Entry and Maintenance: Accurately enter and update client data, case information, and other relevant details into our systems.
  • Team Support: Provide backup support to attorneys and other staff members as needed, ensuring a smooth workflow and efficient operation.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; prior office experience preferred but not necessary.
  • Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; proficiency in computer software and applications.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities, procedures, and technologies.
Benefits and Compensation

Competitive salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
