Commercial Equipment Service Specialist

Red Knight Solutions, LLC is actively seeking a Commercial Equipment Service Specialist to provide exceptional service in the field of commercial cooking and refrigeration.

The preferred candidate will possess experience in either Commercial Refrigeration (including Walk-In Coolers/Freezers, Reach-In Coolers/Freezers, Ice Machines, Parallel Rack Systems, etc.) or Commercial Kitchen Repair (covering Gas Ovens, Fryers, Boilers, Dish Machines, etc.), or ideally, a blend of both. Service Technicians are expected to hold a Universal EPA license, unless they have substantial experience in Commercial Kitchen Hotside Repair. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with managers in the restaurant and hospitality sectors to deliver comprehensive service solutions for commercial cooking, refrigeration, ware-washing, and other specialized food service equipment.
- Exhibit mechanical skills, troubleshooting capabilities, and proficiency in interpreting diagrams and schematics.
- Effectively troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial kitchen equipment, including cooking, refrigeration, ware-washing, and other specialized food service machinery.
- Engage with manufacturers as necessary to assist with diagnostics and parts identification.
- Consult with the Technical Assistance Group for technical support while on-site.
- Timely and professionally install all parts ordered for customers in accordance with company policies.
- Advocate and suggest additional services to customers when appropriate.
- Generate accurate and timely administrative documents, such as work orders, time reports, receipts, and inventory of truck stock.
- Adhere to safe work practices and accident prevention protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle, along with precise parts and tool inventory.
- Achieve productivity levels in line with company standards.
