Commercial Equipment Service Specialist

Red Knight Solutions, LLC is actively looking for a Commercial Equipment Service Specialist to join our dynamic team.

This is a full-time role that offers EXCEPTIONAL benefits.
The perfect candidate will possess experience in either Commercial Refrigeration (including Walk-In Coolers/Freezers, Reach-In Coolers/Freezers, Ice Machines, Parallel Rack Systems, etc.) or Commercial Kitchen Repairs (such as Gas Ovens, Fryers, Boilers, Dish Machines, etc.), or ideally, a blend of both. Service Technicians are expected to hold a Universal EPA license, unless they have extensive experience in Commercial Kitchen Hotside Repairs. Benefits Include: A company vehicle with gas card, uniforms, mobile phone, comprehensive health benefits including life, dental, and vision (eligibility begins on the first of the month after 60 days), 12 days of paid time off accrued after 30 days, 3 floating holidays, and 48 hours designated for wellness or illness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with managers in the restaurant and hospitality sectors to provide extensive service solutions for commercial cooking, refrigeration, ware-washing, and other specialized food service equipment.
- Exhibit mechanical skills, troubleshooting abilities, and proficiency in interpreting diagrams and schematics.
- Accurately troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair Commercial Kitchen Equipment, encompassing cooking, refrigeration, ware-washing, and other specialized food service apparatus.
- Engage with manufacturers as necessary for diagnosis assistance and parts identification.
- Consult with the Technical Assistance Group for on-site technical support.
- Install all ordered parts for customers promptly and professionally, adhering to company policies.
- Advocate for and suggest additional services to clients when appropriate.
- Generate precise and timely administrative documents, including work orders, time reports, receipts, and inventory of truck stock.
- Adhere to safe work practices and accident prevention protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle, along with accurate inventory of parts and tools.
- Achieve productivity levels in accordance with company standards.
