Job Summary: McGriff Insurance Services is seeking a highly skilled Client Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales and service teams, you will be responsible for providing exceptional internal and external service support to clients, vendors, and teammates. This role requires a strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships, work collaboratively as a supportive member of the team, and provide administrative support to member services and billing administration.

Key Responsibilities:
Administer programs and services, including responding to requests related to risk management programs and services, processing grants, and providing administrative support to members' MVR portals.
Provide billing administration support, including processing invoice payables, disbursement requests, and performing mail runs.
Assist staff internally by managing team meetings, performing data entry projects, and securing and distributing contracts.
