Your Role

You will be responsible for selling video and access solutions through channel partners, rep firms, and distributors in the Northeast region. You will drive business growth by developing and maintaining relationships with partners and end users, with some flexibility to operate within pricing and margins on competitive projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign yearly targets and quotas for channel partners
  • Develop KPIs for partners and strategies for growth
  • Maintain annual quota and forecasts
  • Provide product updates, overviews, and demonstrations to key stakeholders
  • Identify new opportunities and partners within the territory
What We're Looking For
  • 6 years of sales experience
  • 5 years of experience managing a successful territory with a proven record of success
  • Travel up to 50% of the time
  • Sound knowledge of the security industry
  • Channel selling experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
