Pure Barre Sales Representative Opportunity

Pure Barre is a leading barre fitness studio with a strong presence in the United States and Canada. We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Representative.

Job Summary

The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new membership sales, building relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a part-time position that requires availability to work rotating weekend morning shifts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute the sales process, including lead generation, follow-up, and closing
  • Conduct tours of the facility, establishing relationships and targeting individual goals and needs
  • Maintain a high level of personal sales production
  • Present available services to current or prospective members
  • Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quotas
  • Participate in special events to promote the studio
  • Assume responsibility for developing selling skills
  • Process accurate cash and credit card transactions
  • Follow up and follow through with prospective clients
  • Perform light cleaning duties in the retail area, studio, and restrooms
Requirements
  • Proficient sales, communication, and customer service skills
  • Warm, welcoming, and engaging personality
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships
  • Goal-oriented with a strong ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, and private training
  • Self-motivated and takes initiative
  • Ability to learn and use the ClubReady software system
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Minimum of 16 hours per week, with weekend and evening availability required
Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive base rate of $24.00 per hour
  • Commission paid on sales
