Key Responsibilities

Core Functions:
  • Organization: Formulates and executes strategies to meet customer needs through a comprehensive range of products and services.
  • Coordination: Applies judgment to ensure seamless business operations.
  • Communication: Effectively communicates both verbally and in writing with colleagues and clients, serving as a liaison between customers and internal departments to maintain a cohesive business flow.
  • Equipment: Operates office equipment such as computers, copiers, and fax machines.
  • Physical Requirements: Capable of sitting and standing for extended periods. Must be able to meet with clients outside of the office environment regularly.
Responsibilities:
  • Verifies, compiles, and inputs application information for mortgage loans.
  • Advises clients on their home loan options.
  • Reviews residential loan applications to ensure completeness and compliance with established standards.
  • Reports discrepancies in title or survey to supervisors.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.
  • Maintains a current and valid NMLS license in good standing.
Qualifications
  • Must possess applicable state licensing.
  • Preferred experience of two to five years.
  • Must meet one of the following criteria:
    1. Actively funding more than two loans per month, or
    2. Completion of Xinnix Training for Loan Origination, or
    3. Assignment of an origination mentor who funds more than two loans per month.
Skills:
  • Ability to make informed judgments regarding service, credit decisions, funding, and post-closing issues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and independent judgment with a proactive approach.
  • Capability to manage detailed tasks while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Organizational skills necessary for prioritizing tasks and delegating responsibilities.
Travel:
  • Travel may be required.
Compensation

Min: USD $75,000.00/Yr.

Max: USD $750,000.00/Yr.
