Key Responsibilities
  • Originations: Develop and implement strategies to originate and process residential mortgage loans, ensuring timely and accurate completion of loan applications.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to borrowers, real estate agents, and other stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with real estate agents, lenders, and other industry professionals.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in mortgage origination, sales, or a related field.
  • Licenses/Certifications: Current, valid NMLS license or appointment in good standing.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
