Essential Responsibilities:
- Organize and implement strategies to meet customer needs through a comprehensive range of products and services.
- Coordinate operations to ensure a seamless business flow.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to facilitate a cohesive workflow.
- Utilize office equipment efficiently, including computers and copiers.
- Engage with clients primarily outside of the office to discuss mortgage financing options.
Job Duties:
- Verify and compile mortgage loan application information.
- Advise clients on available home loan options.
- Review loan applications for completeness and compliance with standards.
- Notify supervisors of any discrepancies in documentation.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Maintain a current and valid NMLS license.
Qualifications:
- Possess applicable state licensing.
- Two to five years of experience preferred.
- Must meet one of the following criteria:
- Actively funding more than two loans per month, or
- Completion of XINNIX Training for Loan Origination, or
- Assignment of an origination mentor who funds more than two loans per month.
Skills Required:
- Ability to make informed decisions regarding service and credit issues.
- Strong problem-solving skills and initiative.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
Travel Requirements:
- Travel may be necessary as part of the role.
Compensation:
Minimum: USD $150,000.00/Yr.
Maximum: USD $750,000.00/Yr.
