Essential Responsibilities:

  • Organize and implement strategies to meet customer needs through a comprehensive range of products and services.
  • Coordinate operations to ensure a seamless business flow.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to facilitate a cohesive workflow.
  • Utilize office equipment efficiently, including computers and copiers.
  • Engage with clients primarily outside of the office to discuss mortgage financing options.

Job Duties:

  • Verify and compile mortgage loan application information.
  • Advise clients on available home loan options.
  • Review loan applications for completeness and compliance with standards.
  • Notify supervisors of any discrepancies in documentation.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Maintain a current and valid NMLS license.

Qualifications:

  • Possess applicable state licensing.
  • Two to five years of experience preferred.
  • Must meet one of the following criteria:
  1. Actively funding more than two loans per month, or
  2. Completion of XINNIX Training for Loan Origination, or
  3. Assignment of an origination mentor who funds more than two loans per month.

Skills Required:

  • Ability to make informed decisions regarding service and credit issues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and initiative.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively.

Travel Requirements:

  • Travel may be necessary as part of the role.

Compensation:

Minimum: USD $150,000.00/Yr.
Maximum: USD $750,000.00/Yr.
