Job Description

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mortgage Loan Originator to join our team at Finance Factors Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for originating retail mortgage loans and building strong relationships with referral sources and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Originate Retail Mortgage Loans: Develop and implement strategies to originate retail mortgage loans, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and building relationships with referral sources and clients.
  • Build Referral Source Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including real estate agents, attorneys, and other professionals, to generate new business opportunities.
  • Market Products and Services: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services to potential clients, including sales calls, presentations, and other outreach efforts.
  • Meet Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets, including the number of sales calls made and the volume of loans originated.
  • Ensure High-Quality Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely completion of loans.
  • Stay Up-to-Date on Industry Developments: Stay current on industry developments, including changes in regulations, laws, and market trends, to ensure that our products and services remain competitive.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 Years of Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a loan officer or in a related field.
  • NMLS Registration: Registered with the National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate complex information to clients and referral sources.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to Work Independently: Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
