Key Responsibilities of Parts Counter Sales:
- Provide assistance to technicians, retail, and wholesale clients promptly and enthusiastically, both via phone and in-person
- Manage ordering, shipping, receiving, and billing of parts
- Support inventory management efforts
- Organize and stock shelves
- Aid in parts inventory management through regular counts and record maintenance
- Handle pick-up and delivery of parts
- Maintain a clean, organized, and orderly work environment
- Uphold a high standard of customer service
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications for Parts Counter Sales:
- Must possess a customer-focused mindset and be a self-driven team player
- One to two years of relevant experience in automotive parts, either in a retail outlet or dealership environment is essential
- Proficiency in computer systems and computerized parts inventory management is required
- Availability for a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends
