Job Title: Installer Service Specialist

Job Summary:

The Installer Service Specialist is a key member of our team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the timely delivery of parts and services to our professional customers. This role requires strong technical knowledge of automotive repairs and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with installers and professional customers to drive sales growth.
  • Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, both over the phone and online, and ensure timely delivery of parts and services.
  • Direct the daily activities of the delivery specialist to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
  • Ensure delivery vehicles are properly maintained and serviced according to company standards.
  • Verify all product and merchandise, including warranty parts and cores, are accurately billed before customers leave the store.
  • Audit customer returns for warranty abuse and ensure all returns are properly tagged and labeled.
  • Assist with front counter and retail counter duties as needed, and help with backroom tasks such as auto-load, returns, and stock management.
  • Process customer labor claims efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in mechanics and above-average communication skills.
  • Desired: hands-on knowledge of automotive repairs, ASE certification, and fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).
