Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in a full-time capacity. As a key member of our Patient-Centered Medical Home Team, you will provide clinical support to providers, patients, and their families, ensuring smooth patient workflow and high-quality care.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 per year (base salary) + benefits, including paid time off, health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, plus opportunities for growth and advancement within the organization.

Responsibilities: The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include administering vaccines, performing blood draws and venipuncture, collecting lab specimens, and sending out lab results while adhering to strict protocols.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be considered for this role, applicants must possess a minimum high school diploma or equivalent, hold current certification as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), and have 1-2 years of experience in the medical field. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality are essential.
