Salary and Benefits

Job Description

As a Pediatric Speech Therapist at The Kidz Club, you will be responsible for assessing and diagnosing speech, language, and feeding disorders in children aged birth to 21. You will develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs and utilize evidence-based practice in therapy sessions. You will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for clients and stay up-to-date with advancements in the field through continuing education and professional development activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA, as well as state licensure from the Florida Department of Health.
  • Clinical experience working with the pediatric population, with a strong preference for experience working with medically complex children.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Proficiency using standardized assessment tools, therapeutic interventions, and assistive technologies relevant to the field.
