Pediatric Healthcare Professional

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in providing high-quality patient care to pediatric patients in the Port Charlotte area.
This is a rewarding opportunity for an experienced LPN to make a positive impact on the lives of children and their families. The ideal candidate will have 1 year of experience in home care with pediatrics, including peg tube feedings/care and medication administration.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in comprehensive assessments and develop patient-specific care plans
- Provide patient and family education related to disease processes and care needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, supervisors, and other healthcare providers
The selected candidate will also be responsible for mentoring and educating colleagues, recording and reporting changes in patient conditions, and communicating updates to physicians and clinical directors.
