Job Summary
We are seeking a Full-Time Pre-Op / PACU Charge Nurse to work Mondays - Fridays. The ideal candidate will work cooperatively with staff and physicians, utilizing effective managerial skills to provide sub-specialty patient care. Key responsibilities include:
* Proficiently managing a sub-specialty group of patients using best practice standards.
* Acting as a professional role model for nursing team members.
* Developing accountability according to nationally recognized specialty organization guidelines.
* Serving as a mentor and resource expert, supporting and sharing organizational information with team members.
* Performing preceptor and charge nurse roles.

Required Experience and Qualifications
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of acute care experience or 2 years of Interventional/Procedural experience. Preferred qualifications include 1 year of Interventional/Perioperative internship experience.

Salary Information
The estimated annual salary for this position is $83,400 - $112,800, depending on experience and qualifications.
