Key Responsibilities
• Accurately collecting and entering payroll data into systems such as Workday and Celergo;
• Conducting payroll calculations, reviewing audit documentation, and assisting with the settlement process;
• Preparing calculations for leave of absence pay;
• Coordinating with international payroll providers for monthly updates, auditing payroll reports, and drafting wire instruction memos;
• Collaborating with employees and HR to gather necessary information;
• Reviewing and processing semi-monthly timecards;
• Assisting with inquiries and approvals related to time-off requests;
• Managing the payroll inbox on a daily basis;
• Working with corporate relocation firms to process relocation expenses through payroll for tax purposes;
• Supporting the implementation and testing of Workday to Celergo integration;
• Reconciling payroll tax notices and refunds, and liaising with tax authorities as required;
• Addressing payroll audit requests, preparing documentation for audits, and ensuring compliance with SOX regulations;
• Generating periodic financial reports for Corporate Accounting and Tax regarding wage and tax reporting, audit reconciliations, and international office audits;
• Responding to requests for employment verification;
• Ensuring adherence to local and national payroll regulations;
• Producing reports and analyses as necessary; and
• Delivering exceptional customer service across the organization.
Qualifications
• A bachelor's degree is preferred.
• At least three years of payroll experience in a professional environment;
• Familiarity with Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence is advantageous;
• Experience with quarterly payroll tax reconciliation and reporting is a plus;
• Knowledge of accounting and multi-jurisdictional tax regulations is beneficial;
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines effectively;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Compensation
The base salary range for this position is between $85,000 and $95,000. This role is hourly and eligible for overtime and bonuses, with a target total cash compensation of $120,000 to $130,000 annually.
