Executive Support Specialist

At Red Antler, we're a team of innovators who launch brands that change the world. We're seeking a highly skilled Executive Support Specialist to join our team and support our Co-founders and executive team members in their daily tasks and priorities. This is a temporary role covering a parental leave that will last through late spring 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and daily priorities for our CEO, CCO, and Chief Brand Officer.
- Coordinate internal and external communications, ensuring seamless interactions with clients, leadership, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Develop a daily brief of priorities and key information for upcoming meetings, highlighting decisions to be made and information to be reviewed/approved.
- Assist with strategic projects as needed, leveraging your expertise in organization and resourcefulness.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and judgment skills, with a great sense of humor.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
- Hyper-organization and resourcefulness, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
