Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and Repair Vehicles: Use your expertise and diagnostic tools to evaluate vehicle malfunction codes and perform repairs.
  • Conduct Routine Maintenance: Carry out routine vehicle maintenance tasks such as tire rotations, oil changes, and brake pad replacements.
  • Inspect and Document Vehicles: Conduct in-depth vehicle inspections of all systems, including engine, transmission, and brakes, and ensure accurate documentation of repair information.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business by conveying necessary vehicle repair information in a clear and concise manner.
Requirements
  • Automotive Service Experience: Previous automotive technician and diagnostic experience required, with a minimum of 4 years preferred.
  • Education and Certifications: An associate degree or completion of an automotive service technician training program is preferred, along with Automotive Service Excellence/ASE certification or Society of Automotive Engineers/SAE certification.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Strong customer service and communications skills are required to effectively interact with customers and team members.
