Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of integrated technology solutions that support healthcare operations, including electronic health record (EHR) systems, telehealth services, scheduling applications, and billing software.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams, external partners, and IT professionals to ensure smooth integration and interoperability among various systems and applications.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of integrated systems to identify and resolve any issues or inconsistencies swiftly.
- Identify and implement strategies to optimize workflows and improve operational efficiency through advanced technological solutions.
- Evaluate existing processes and workflows to uncover challenges, inefficiencies, and areas for enhancement.

- Establish and maintain data management protocols to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of client and operational data.
- Generate comprehensive reports and analytics to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), assess operational metrics, and evaluate the effectiveness of integrated systems.
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and promote continuous improvements in healthcare operations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards governing technology in healthcare, including adherence to HIPAA regulations and data security requirements.
- Implement security protocols to protect sensitive information and maintain the privacy and confidentiality of client data.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, information technology, or a related discipline (Master's degree preferred).
- A minimum of 3 years of practical experience in integrating healthcare technologies, particularly within the homecare or healthcare industry.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Demonstrated project management skills, including effective planning, coordination, and execution of integration initiatives.
- Proficiency in system integration methodologies, standards, and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Understanding of healthcare regulations, privacy laws, and data security standards, with a strong knowledge of HIPAA compliance.
- Adept at data analysis, recognizing trends, and making informed decisions based on analytical insights.
