We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Business Development Representative to join our team at Hendrick Chevrolet (Hoover). As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for generating leads and supporting our sales and service goals.
Key Responsibilities- Answer incoming phone calls and schedule sales or service appointments
- Log customer comments and schedule follow-up contacts
- Confirm scheduled appointments and post them on the appointment board
- Re-schedule "no-show" customer appointments and follow up with sales or service departments
- Maintain customer databases and contact current customers with marketing incentives
- Respond to customer website requests and contact internet clients to schedule appointments
- Notify necessary departments of appointments set and forward customer concerns to the correct department manager
- Previous customer service and/or business development experience
- Ability to deliver superior customer satisfaction
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Dealership Management System
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
This role requires regular and predictable attendance, with scheduled shifts including evening hours, weekends, and holidays. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with continuous contact and interaction with customers and dealership personnel.
