We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Business Development Representative to join our team at Hendrick Chevrolet (Hoover). As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for generating leads and supporting our sales and service goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming phone calls and schedule sales or service appointments
  • Log customer comments and schedule follow-up contacts
  • Confirm scheduled appointments and post them on the appointment board
  • Re-schedule "no-show" customer appointments and follow up with sales or service departments
  • Maintain customer databases and contact current customers with marketing incentives
  • Respond to customer website requests and contact internet clients to schedule appointments
  • Notify necessary departments of appointments set and forward customer concerns to the correct department manager
Requirements
  • Previous customer service and/or business development experience
  • Ability to deliver superior customer satisfaction
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Dealership Management System
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Work Environment

This role requires regular and predictable attendance, with scheduled shifts including evening hours, weekends, and holidays. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with continuous contact and interaction with customers and dealership personnel.
