About the Job

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Customer Service Team Lead to join our team at Manpower Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and evaluating the performance of our customer service representatives, collaborating with other departments, and maintaining accurate records.

Job Requirements
  • Experience in a customer service supervisory role or similar
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of customer service representatives to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Evaluate team performance and provide coaching and feedback to improve performance
  • Collaborate with other departments to drive business results and achieve goals
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to inform business decisions
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure team members have the skills and knowledge required to succeed
