We are currently seeking a Lead Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team.

With advanced manufacturing capabilities across multiple regions, ViziRecruiter serves leading semiconductor manufacturers with a comprehensive range of products and services essential to the manufacturing process.

The Role

The Lead Financial Analyst will be instrumental in supporting our Process Chemicals division and its subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee monthly closing processes and consolidate financial data for the Process Chemicals division and its subsidiaries.
  • Conduct results analysis and input financial information into the corporate system.
  • Prepare consolidated financial reports for management reviews and submissions to corporate accounting.
  • Maintain accounting master data within the ERP system.
  • Generate necessary reports for finance and tax compliance.
  • Compile information for government reporting.
  • Assist with external, internal, and compliance audits, and develop corrective actions for any identified deficiencies.
  • Reconcile general ledger accounts and prepare journal entries based on analytical findings.
  • Support business management with financial insights for European and Asian subsidiaries, facilitating transactions related to credits and pricing.
  • Engage in various projects as directed by the Accounting Services Manager to support business objectives.
Requirements

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting is mandatory; MBA, CMA, or CPA is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing context.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build relationships across teams and departments.
  • Capability to perform under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Advanced Accounting Principles, Excel, and ERP systems.

This position is safety-sensitive and requires candidates to successfully complete a post-offer drug screening prior to employment.
