Candidate Profile:

- You possess knowledge of financial regulations, including sales tax, and have experience in accounting or operational roles within startups.
- Familiarity with software platforms such as Gusto and Deel is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead various operational initiatives within the organization, including analytics, finance, recruitment, and product oversight.
- Manage human resources, payroll, and compliance for a geographically diverse remote team.
- Oversee financial management, budgeting, and forecasting, along with performing financial audits.
- Evaluate and enhance company and departmental key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Generate precise reports on KPIs and manage daily personnel-related tasks such as payroll.
- Assist in defining clear organizational objectives and liaise with external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with team members to address priority requirements and ensure consistent utilization of tools across the organization.
- Guarantee operational adherence to quality standards and specifications.
- Engage in special projects and provide comprehensive support to the Executive team.
