Business Operations Manager

As a Business Operations Manager, you'll play a critical role in overseeing and optimizing daily operational processes, leading projects focused on developing and deploying data-driven reports, procedural documentation, and business process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:- Process improvement and operational efficiency: Oversee the coordination, support, and maintenance necessary to ensure the proper and effective communication of business operations and servicing processes and metrics.
- Metric, reporting, and process documentation: Participate and support in the development analysis, planning, administration, and communication of a broad range of business unit projects, processes, and practices.
- Internal coordination of governance responses: Manage responses to risks, internal audit, and regulatory requests.
- A minimum of 6 or more years of related experience with business operations and process development.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to frame recommendations for a variety of audiences.
- Proactive self-starter with ability to work independently.
- Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and tie functional needs to technology solutions.
- Professional certification such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2.
- Strong background in data analytics, with proficiency in using analytics tools and software (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce, Jira, etc.).
- Competitive salary range: $77,000 - $104,000 per year.
- Discretionary bonus and benefits.
