We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Media Coordinator to join our team at AEG. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote venue events for the XL Center and Pratt & Whitney Stadium at Rentschler Field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain social media followings on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok for XL Center and Pratt & Whitney Stadium
  • Design and implement engaging email marketing campaigns to promote events and drive ticket sales
  • Update and maintain the XL Center and Pratt & Whitney Stadium websites to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
  • Research and implement grassroots, third-party, and digital marketing strategies to increase event visibility and attendance
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to develop and design event collateral and marketing materials
  • Assist with event planning and execution, including coordinating with vendors and stakeholders
  • Prepare quarterly analyses of website, social media, and email database performance to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Build and maintain relationships with media partners, promoters, and agencies to secure trade opportunities and promote events
  • Assist in tracking and completing all OVG reporting and case studies, as well as attending OVG conference calls
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in the industry to ensure AEG remains competitive
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sports/Business Management, or a closely related field
  • Minimum of 1 year of marketing experience, preferably in sports and/or entertainment marketing
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Knowledge of interactive and digital media, including website maintenance, online advertising, social media, and email marketing
  • Experience in graphic design in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience in videography, preferred but not required
  • Excellent technology, communication, and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Professional demeanor and energetic personality
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and select holidays
