About The Role

Our Authentication Centers are the heart of our operation, where we process, authenticate, and photograph luxury items for our website. As an Asset Protection Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of Loss Prevention, investigations, physical security, and safety within the center.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Secure the main entrance and ensure the building's safety and integrity.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure shortage control, safety, and adherence to Asset Protection policies and procedures.
  • Assist with daily video reviews, high-value investigations, and special projects in support of the Asset Protection and Operations Team.
  • Support off-site functions such as photo shoots, private showings, and events.
  • Communicate and execute security protocols, including bag checks, badge enforcement, and merchandise check-in/out procedures.
  • Identify and handle security/safety-related issues.
  • Build strong partnerships with all levels of leadership in the Authentication Center.

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to write and communicate in a professional manner.
  • Understanding of high-end retail and brands.
  • Ability to lift and move 50lbs of merchandise and supplies.

Preferred Requirements:

  • 2 years of Loss Prevention, Asset Protection, or Security experience.
  • Proficiency with Mac OS and Google Suite.
  • Proficient in utilizing CCTV.
