Position Overview:

We are looking for a Financial Analyst III specializing in Bookings and Revenue to become a vital part of our Global Finance team.

This role is crucial within the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) division, focusing on key metrics related to Top Line performance.

The Top Line team is tasked with managing and forecasting the company's Bookings, Revenue, Billings, and ARR metrics. This team also collaborates with various departments (e.g., Sales, Customer Success, Product Management) to ensure alignment in Top Line reporting and analytics.


The analyst will initially oversee all Top Line data and reporting, working closely with relevant stakeholders.

This role requires meticulous data validation and a solid understanding of financial concepts, paired with a keen attention to detail.

The analyst will regularly engage with the Big Data and Accounting teams to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting. Additionally, the analyst will manage reporting packages utilized for management and board presentations, with the role's scope expected to expand to include significant forecasting responsibilities over time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all Top Line data
  • Manage all Top Line reporting packages on a regular and ad hoc basis
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Accounting, Big Data, and other teams to keep stakeholders informed of actuals and forecasts
  • Develop new forecasting and analytics tools that enhance automation and improve data accuracy
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of the business to support Top Line forecasting and analysis

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant area
  • Experience in forecasting, particularly related to Top Line metrics
  • Proficient in advanced Excel modeling and data analysis
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Preferred Technical Skills:

  • Familiarity with Power Query, Tableau, SQL, Salesforce/Clari, and relational databases
