Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships to create lifelong clientele.
  • Utilize consultative selling techniques to assist customers in vehicle selection by actively listening and asking insightful questions.
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills to become an expert in our offerings, including optional packages and cutting-edge technologies.
  • Conduct professional and engaging demonstrations of both new and pre-owned vehicles.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage referral business.
  • Develop skills to effectively address objections and excel in sales scenarios.
  • Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding goals, planned activities, and performance evaluations.
  • Bring a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence to work each day.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in automotive sales preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Highly self-motivated and driven.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and customer service abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Willingness to undergo pre-employment drug screening and background checks.
