Job Opportunity at Hyundai of Auburn
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Parts Advisor. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the parts and accessories they need in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customers with requested parts and accessories in a timely manner.
- Solicit additional sales and charge out merchandise using the Dealer Management System.
- Correctly identify and specify needed parts, and follow up on special orders.
- Tag, store, and process warranty parts.
- Assist in conducting inventory cycle counts and maintain cleanliness and order in the inventory area, parts counter, and retail displays.
- Operate equipment and machines, such as cars, trucks, forklifts, etc.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 1+ Years Automotive parts experience preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs regularly.
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
- Willingness to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check.
