Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and nurture networking connections with professionals in Real Estate, Mortgage Lending, Title Services, and Automotive Sales.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through referrals, networking, marketing initiatives, cold-calling, and lead generation.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive and competitive insurance proposals promptly, ensuring they meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high retention rates and loyalty to our products.
  • Enhance accounts by offering additional personal lines coverages or policies.
  • Achieve new business production targets and objectives as set forth.
  • Present and clarify insurance policy options based on the specific needs and goals of prospective clients.
  • Generate quotes, conduct sales presentations, and successfully close sales.

Qualifications
  • Valid Property & Casualty License is required.
  • A genuine eagerness to learn, coupled with intuition, resourcefulness, and coachability.
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates empathy and persuasive skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Commitment to exceeding the expectations of current and prospective clients.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in time management.
  • Proven ability to initiate contact and secure appointments from a cold start.
  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, promotions, or telemarketing is preferred.
  • Strong listening and closing skills are essential.
