We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team as a Travel LPN. This opportunity allows an LPN to travel locally by working in various GSS locations within a 150-mile radius from home address, providing care with competitive pay, mileage reimbursement, flexibility, and no contract requirement.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to work effectively with professional and supportive personnel as a member of an interdisciplinary care team, communicate clearly and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, and counsel residents, family members, and/or resident advocate on prevention and treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the health, comfort, and safety of residents.
  • Contribute to the assessment of residents and administer medications or treatments as ordered.
  • Provide technical support to healthcare professionals as needed.
  • Document resident interactions and outcomes related to resident care, medication, behavior, activity, and dietary.

Requirements:

  • Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
  • Currently holds an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges.
