As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and integrating cutting-edge RF/Microwave systems and subsystems.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop transmitters, receivers, or exciters, leveraging your expertise in RF circuit design and optimization.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of power, digital, mechanical, and other systems.
  • Utilize analytical tools such as MATLAB to analyze and optimize RF system performance.
  • Transition designs to production, ensuring efficient and cost-effective manufacturing processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years' experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years' experience.
  • Proven experience in RF system analysis, design, and test, with a strong background in microwave engineering.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance, with U.S. citizenship required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with simulation tools such as ADS, SystemVUE, and/or MentorGraphics' Xpedition.
  • Background in designing for manufacturability, producibility, and cost constraints, with expertise in yield and margin analysis.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.
