Job Summary

As a Front Desk Agent at Residence Appleton, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Greet and welcome guests, respond to their inquiries, and provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, handle guest requests, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with guests, colleagues, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Problem-Solving: Anticipate, prevent, and resolve problems that may impact guest satisfaction or hotel operations.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals, share knowledge, and provide support when needed.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is helpful.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a hotel or related field is preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment, and a strong attention to detail.
  • Personal Qualities: Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
