- Provide comprehensive reports analyzing market trends, competitive analysis, and business factors within each pod of the territory.
- Proven sales expertise and strategies, with a strong background in indirect auto finance territory management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with team members, leadership, and dealer partners.
- Familiarity with MS Office, SalesForce CRM, and other relevant software.
- Ability to travel at least 50% of the time.
- A market-based salary combined with uncapped commission potential.
