Job Summary:

As a Business Operations Manager with the Nashville Predators, you will be responsible for overseeing the front office operations, including managing part-time staff, coordinating with finance and other departments, and maintaining office equipment. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize projects under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage front of house part-time staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
* Coordinate with finance and other departments to maintain participant payments, contractor expenses, and office equipment
* Work with FIC HR Director to hire, train, and schedule all FOH staff
* Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for food service and manage food cost
* Oversee facility scheduling, including hockey programs, figure skating programs, and 3rd party events

Requirements:

* Degree in business or related field
* Minimum 3+ years relevant experience
* Proficient in Microsoft programs (Excel, Word, and Access)
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritize projects under pressure
