About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive to join our Enterprise Sales team at RingCentral. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving new business and revenue growth in the Silicon Valley to Central California markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships in designated territories.
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, driving revenue growth and expansion.
- Partner with regional VARs to identify, engage, and deliver new customers, leveraging remote resources and technology.
- Owning strategy around funnel, pipeline, forecasting, and GTM for respective patches.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex sales cycles and negotiating win-win agreements based on value-based selling.
Requirements
- 5+ years of technology solution-based selling experience in SaaS, Unified Communications, Cloud applications, VoIP, and telephony.
- Demonstrated sales record of obtaining or exceeding quota.
- Skilled in conducting presentations, online web demos, and adhering to a measured sales process.
- Success in prospecting, engaging, acquiring net new logos.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to convey and relate ideas to others.
- Entrepreneurial flair, ability to learn and adapt quickly.
- Vibrant and energetic attitude, willingness to perform and get things done.
- BS degree, continued training and education preferred.
