We are hiring a Clerical and Administrative Aide to support our team at Synergy Property Restoration. This role involves performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks to ensure the efficient operation of our assigned department.

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Process and manage credit card transactions.
  2. Pull and review invoices daily for accuracy.
  3. Enter data into QuickBooks and Zoho programs with precision.
  4. Manage payments and collections in a timely manner.
  5. Communicate effectively with customers via phone.
  6. Maintain organized filing systems and retrieve information as needed.
  7. Support administrators with various duties on an as-needed basis.

Essential Skills:

  • QuickBooks experience and accounting knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong typing skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
  • One to three years of experience in an accounting role.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged sitting and computer work. Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.

Estimated Annual Salary: $52,000 - $62,000.
