About the Job

We are looking for a motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, including performing routine to moderately complex administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the efficient operation of our office.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, one year of experience in a clerical office environment, and excellent typing skills. You will also need to possess a valid Florida driver's license and be tobacco/nicotine free for six months prior to submitting your application.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities as an Administrative Support Specialist will include:

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files

• Performing routine to moderately complex administrative tasks, such as data entry and document scanning

• Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders

• Managing electronic health records and confidential files

• Scanning and uploading documents to the medical record

Requirements

To be successful as an Administrative Support Specialist, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• One year of experience in a clerical office environment preferred

• Excellent typing skills (25 wpm)

• Valid Florida driver's license

• Tobacco/nicotine free for six months prior to submitting your application
