Clerical Operations Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Office Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in driving company success.
Primary Duties:
- Collaborate with Managers, sales associates, and technicians to complete tasks efficiently
- Coordinate appointments and events using industry-standard tools
- Provide exceptional guest experience, ensuring a warm welcome
- Respond to incoming phone calls, handling inquiries with professionalism
- Implement effective filing systems to maintain organization
- Carry out administrative tasks as directed by management
Essential Skills:
- Multitasking and time management expertise
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and organizational prowess
Work Schedule:
The selected candidate will work a standard 40-hour week, Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm, with one hour paid break/lunch per day. Compensation is $22.00 per hour, including free onsite parking.
Employee Benefits:
- One week paid holiday after 1 year of service
- Two weeks paid holiday after 2 years of service
