Key Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to a personalized care plan for each client and document completed tasks.
  • Support with personal hygiene and grooming (bathing, dressing, etc.).
  • Perform routine household tasks, including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
  • Provide transportation for clients to appointments and errands.
  • Assist clients with the self-administration of medications (no administering or measuring).
  • Monitor and report any changes in the client's health status.

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of one year experience in home care services.
  • Must pass a criminal background check.
  • Reliable transportation is necessary; valid driver's license and proof of insurance required if using a vehicle.
  • Ability to work independently and follow both written and verbal instructions.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Dependable, energetic, self-motivated, and well-organized.
  • Comfortable using a mobile phone.

Three references (two professional and one personal) will be required during the application process.
