- Help clients adhere to special dietary requirements as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Provide transportation to medical appointments, errands, and social outings as specified in the care plan.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance the client's quality of life.
- Assist clients with communication needs, including writing letters or researching information.
- Contribute to the Care Team by sharing insights and suggestions for improved service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
- Monitor and manage supplies and resources effectively.
- Evaluate service delivery and provide feedback for program improvement.
- Follow the established care plan diligently.
- Complete tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.
- Observe and report on client well-being to the Supervisor.
