Job Title: Mental Health Clinician

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Clinician to join our Clinical Team at Monte Nido Portland, a residential treatment program exclusively for adults seeking treatment for Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, or Exercise Addiction.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide individual, group, and family therapy, serve as a liaison with families and outpatient providers, and interact with insurance companies for pre-certification and utilization management. They will also participate in discharge and aftercare planning, provide therapeutic meal support, and model a healthy relationship with food.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in clinical counseling or a related discipline
  • State license (or license-eligible) in a counseling field
  • Prior experience with eating disorders and higher levels of care is helpful
  • Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion practices

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000-$75,000, depending on experience and licensure. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement, and paid time off.
