Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Senior District Manager to develop and implement property management strategies and plans.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned properties, including budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents, community partners, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Provide guidance and support to community managers and staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality resident services.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the Compliance Department to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports to support property management operations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in property management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of property management operations, finance, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
