Front Desk Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
Answer the telephone and direct the caller to the appropriate associate.
Greet and direct visitors to the correct personnel.
Confirm membership and issue temporary membership cards as needed.
Process new memberships on the computer and take and retrieve messages for various personnel.
Receive, sort, and forward incoming mail and packages.
