Job Title: Quality Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Cynet Systems. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation and maintenance of our SAP S4/Hana system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to strategy sessions and collaborate with business management to optimize SAP S4/Hana usage.
  • Work with department leadership to identify issues and prioritize enhancements.
  • Continuously scout for business process improvements and support the business in achieving maximum productivity.
  • Prioritize business requirements and communicate plans with stakeholders for review and approval.
  • Translate business requirements into business-based solutions and ensure a working solution in SAP S4/Hana or third-party applications.
  • Troubleshoot SAP S4/Hana business processes in various modules and interfaces, providing resolution and improvements as required.
  • Walk customers through problem-solving processes and ensure issues are resolved.
  • Train users and implement SAP S4/Hana system solutions using the system development lifecycle and project management methodologies.
  • Partner with vendors and third-party support teams to resolve system issues, develop enhancements, and project tasks.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts, Project Leads, and IT teams to resolve issues and ensure solutions are viable and consistent.
  • Develop and maintain test scripts and facilitate end-user acceptance testing following support team processes.
  • Assist with development, implementation, and management of policies, processes, and standards within the technical environment.
  • Assist with creating training documentation.
Requirements:
  • Strong skills in SAP S4/Hana EBS, customer service, communications, facilitation, leadership, analytics, and data modeling.
  • Must have strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate strong communications skills and the ability to work independently and in a positive team environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.
  • Ability to adapt to a constantly changing manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to quickly learn new system solutions.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT and/or Business or equivalent work experience.
  • Manufacturing environment experience.
  • Experience in leading systems implementation using SDLC and Project Management methodologies.
  • Ability to assist in supporting SAP S4/Hana and non-SAP S4/Hana systems.
  • Prior experience in a regulated industry; FDA preferred.
  • SAP S4/Hana experience.
  • Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Windows.
