Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Device Intake Coordinator to join our team. This is an in-office position responsible for screening potential clients, evaluating their cases, and explaining how we can assist them.

Responsibilities
  • Contact potential clients via phone and web forms to determine if they meet our case criteria
  • Evaluate client cases to ensure they qualify for our representation
  • Explain the benefits of working with Bernstein Liebhard LLP to prospective clients
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions in our contact management system
  • Meet daily call metrics and exceed performance expectations
Requirements
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients
  • Tech-savviness and proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Goal-driven and self-motivated individual with excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team while maintaining individual performance standards
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience using CRM software and electronic signature tools
  • Fluency in Spanish
Compensation

The estimated salary range for this position is $48,000 per year. Benefits include a competitive compensation package, opportunities for growth and development, and a dynamic work environment.
