Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Intake Coordinator to join our team at RiseBoro Community Partnership. As an Intake Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will play a crucial role in ensuring that they receive the support and services they need.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of community-based education and workforce programs. Proficiency in scheduling software and client relationship management systems is also required.

Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate the intake process, review eligibility documentation, and schedule appointments.
  2. Assess individuals for program eligibility and determine the appropriate next steps.
  3. Work with financial and career coaches to troubleshoot issues and prepare client profiles.
  4. Maintain accurate data on client attendance and participation.
  5. Perform outreach activities to publicize services and participate in job fairs and workshops.

We offer a competitive salary range of $42,000 - $49,000 per year, depending on experience. If you are passionate about social justice and committed to supporting underserved communities, we encourage you to apply.
