The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our Food/Personal Care division, driving business growth and increasing market share penetration at profitable levels. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, strong technical expertise, and excellent communication skills.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell NETZSCH products and services to meet or exceed region sales revenue plan
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share penetration
  • Support distributors in the Food/Personal Care market with technical and commercial expertise
  • Provide training to sales partners' staff on products, applications, competition, and company policies

 

Requirements:

  • Previous experience selling industrial equipment, preferably pumps in the Food, Personal Care, and Hygienic industries
  • Solid negotiation skills, including communication, persuasion, strategy, and cooperation
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and execute projects on time
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to speak in front of groups
  • A valid driver's license and current passport for occasional international travel
