At SPHERIX GLOBAL INSIGHTS US INC, we are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Manager to drive sales performance and contribute to the company's growth.
Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Sales Operations Manager who can optimize sales processes, manage CRM systems, and provide data-driven insights to enhance sales strategies. The successful candidate will ensure seamless collaboration across departments, standardize workflows, forecast performance, and identify growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture Strategic Insights
- Oversee the implementation and daily operation of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) to align with business objectives.
- Analyze sales performance data to create actionable insights for leadership.
- Develop, maintain dashboards and reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as pipeline health, revenue forecasts, and win rates.
- Process Standardization
- Develop, standardize, and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and predictability.
- Identify bottlenecks in the sales pipeline and recommend solutions to enhance performance.
- Contract Management
- Drive the initial negotiation and creation of contracts as part of closing deals or onboarding new clients.
- Ensure alignment of Contract details which directly impact deal value, payment terms, and revenue recognition.
Requirements
- Credentials
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Professional Experience
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, CRM management, or a related field, preferably in market research or life sciences/biopharma industries.
- Tech Skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and analytics tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
